How To Cook Roast Meat With Mushrooms And Egg Topping With Melted Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roast meat with mushrooms and egg topping with melted cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken or pork
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams of melted cheese or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato
  • adjika sauce
  • salt, pepper, curry, turmeric and other spices


Method of preparation :

Mix adjika sauce with half of the mayonnaise, add salt, pepper and a clove of garlic (grated). Spread this mixture on the meat and leave it to marinate for about 2 hours.

Fry the mushrooms (preferably wild) with onions, season and add the remaining mayonnaise.

Grate the melted cheese, mix it with the egg and add the second clove of garlic.

Arrange the pieces of meat in a pan, put tomato rings on the edges, mushrooms in the middle and cover everything with the cheese and egg filling.

Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
