Learn how to cook "Roast meat with walnuts and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
700 - 800 grams of pork fillet or your
200 grams of yellow cheese
70 grams of walnuts
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation :
Cut the yellow cheese into thin slices, also cut the walnuts. Wash the meat, dry it and make deep cuts on the surface, do not cut to the end. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Distribute the pieces of yellow cheese and walnuts in the cuts and wrap the pork in two layers of foil. Put in a suitable form and bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about an hour and a half (time depends on the type of meat, watch).
About an hour after the start of roasting, unroll the foil so that the meat can be roasted and acquire an appetizing crust. You may not do this if you prefer a juicier result.
Cut into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick and enjoy the taste.
