How To Cook Roast Pork In Red Wine With Walnuts, Garlic And Onion - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of pork
pinch of dried thyme
3 onions
4 cloves garlic
100 grams of coriander
70 grams of green onions
200 grams of walnuts
3 tablespoons oil
150 milliliters of red wine
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat well, dry it with paper and cut so as to obtain a thick layer, which is rubbed with salt, ground black pepper and thyme. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Peel an onion and cut each of the heads in two. Peel the garlic cloves, chop two finely and cut the rest into thin slices.

Wash the green onions and coriander, dry them and chop finely. Crush the walnuts coarsely or cut with a knife and mix with 1/3 of the coriander. Add the chopped garlic to the combination and spread the aromatic mixture over the meat. Roll up a roll and tie with cooking thread.

Heat the oil and fry the onion, the remaining garlic and coriander until it turns red.
Put the meat in the same dish, pour the wine and bake the dish in a preheated oven to 200 degrees until done. Periodically water with the juice.
