How To Cook Roast Pork Ribs With Honey, Lemon And Ginger - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg pork ribs (with meat)
  • 25 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 2-3 teaspoons of honey
  • half a lemon
  • ginger root to taste
  • a few cloves of garlic and spices to taste

Do not use salt because soy sauce is salty enough

 

Method of preparation :

Mix honey, lemon juice and soy sauce, estimating exactly how much of the bee sweetness you will use according to the amount of meat.

Add grated ginger, selected spices and crushed or finely chopped garlic to the liquid. Stir. If the honey is sugary, don't worry (that means it's real), just warm the combination briefly so it can melt.

 

Cut the ribs into portions.

 

Arrange them in a saucepan and pour over the marinade, which should cover them well. You can place a plate on top or some other suitable weight.

 

Allow the ribs to absorb the flavors and aromas, which will take at least an hour, and if you have enough time, let them marinate overnight.

Then bake on a wire rack in a preheated oven (at 200-250 degrees), and you can pour a little water in the pan under the grill to get more juicy ribs. Periodically turn them over and pour the marinade over them.

 

Thirty minutes later the dish will be ready.

 

The taste will be slightly sweet and the color - beautiful and appetizing.
