Required products :

  • 900 grams of pork
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon adjika sauce (or other hot spice)
  • 1-2 large potatoes
  • dill, parsley, green onions, pepper and salt

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pork into long pieces, season with salt and pepper spread with mayonnaise and tomato adjika sauce . Stir in a bowl to cover the pieces on all sides with the sauces and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

 

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it thinly. Put them in a saucepan and pour boiling water, which is salted. After 15 minutes, drain it.

Sprinkle each piece of meat with chopped dill and parsley, put a few potatoes at one end and roll.

Secure them with toothpicks.

Bake until done (30-40 minutes) at 200 degrees.

 

Serve the rolls, sprinkling them with chopped green onions.
