How To Cook Roast Turkey Breast With Mozzarella And Cream Sauce With Arugula, Tomatoes And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of turkey breast
  • 400 grams of tomatoes
  • 250 grams of mozzarella
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 2 pitted green olives
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • fresh rocket leaves
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

First make the sauce. Finely chop the two green olives, tomatoes - into pieces, chop the arugula or chop. Mix these products in a bowl and add the cream to them. Add salt, sprinkle with pepper to taste and add honey.

Arrange the meat in a greased pan, sprinkle with spices to taste and put a piece of mozzarella on each portion of turkey.

Bake for 25-30 minutes (until golden) in a hot oven.

Remove the meat to a plate together with the mozzarella and serve the sauce separately.

Potato croquettes are a suitable garnish for this dish.
