How To Cook Roasted Asparagus With Lemon And Rosemary - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted asparagus with lemon and rosemary". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 1 large lemon, well washed
  • handful of sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Cut 1/2 of the lemon into thin slices.
  • Place the asparagus in a pan covered with baking paper and spread the lemon slices and rosemary sprigs on them.
  • Sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Squeeze the remaining 1/2 of the lemon on top.
  • Bake the asparagus for about 7-8 minutes, turn gently and bake for another 8 minutes.
  • Serve warm, as a side dish to meat dishes, eggs or anything else of your choice.
