Necessary products:

 

  • 3 avocados
  • 6 eggs
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 stalks chopped fresh onion
  • 50 grams of chopped fine bacon

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Use a spoon to peel the avocado from the nut. Cut it in half and carefully remove it.

Beat one egg in each half, sprinkle with salt, pepper and arrange in the pan. Sprinkle with chopped fresh onion and bacon. Bake for 15-18 minutes, cool and divide into portions. Serve the roasted avocado and enjoy my taste.
