How To Cook Roasted Cabbage With Butter And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1/2
teaspoon 3-4 tablespoons olive oil (or other vegetable oil)
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground mustard
salt salt and ground black pepper to taste
butter and grated yellow cheese if desired

Method of preparation :

Cut the cabbage into 3-4 parts, being careful not to separate the layers.


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover the bottom of the pan with a sheet of foil and arrange the slices of cabbage on it. Sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper, nutmeg and ground mustard seeds.

Place in the preheated oven for about 25-35 minutes, and after the 15th, when the cabbage begins to acquire a golden color, turn back.

 

The appetizer should be baked and the fork should fit freely into the slices.

When you take it out of the oven, you can put a piece of butter on each slice and sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
