Required products :
- 4-5 tea cups baby carrots
- 1/4 tea cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- fresh parsley for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
- Cover the bottom of a large baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- In a deep bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Stir.
- Add the carrots and stir again to taste evenly.
- Distribute them in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- In the middle of baking, turn the carrots with a spatula.
- Serve them warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
