Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of peeled carrots
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • samardala to taste
  • 50 milliliters of beer

 

Method of preparation:

 

Arrange the carrots in a greased pan and sprinkle with olive oil, soy sauce and samardala. Pour the beer, cover with a second pan and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until done. Serve the carrots warm, sprinkled with balsamic vinegar and enjoy.
