How To Cook Roasted Carrots With Turmeric And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted carrots with turmeric and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5-6 carrots of medium size
  • salt, turmeric and oil to taste
  • 50 grams of ground walnuts

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into thin slices, which are arranged in a greased pan.
Sprinkle with turmeric, salt.

 

Bake in the oven (at 180 degrees) until crusty at the bottom of the vegetable pieces (20-25 minutes).

Then bring to a plate, sprinkle with walnuts and you can decorate with dried fruits (apricots, dates, prunes).

 

You can serve the carrots prepared in this way as an appetizer or dessert.
