Required products :
1 head cauliflower
5 cloves garlic
1 lemon
6 tablespoons olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the cauliflower, dry it and divide it into "bouquets", which you arrange in a suitable tray.
Peel the garlic cloves, mash them with a press and mix with olive oil.
Squeeze the juice from the citrus, grate half of the peel.
Sprinkle the cauliflower with the peel, pour over the juice and add the garlic olive oil.
Stir and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
