Required products :
1 head of cauliflower
250 grams of minced meat
1 onion
1 carrot
3 tomatoes
100 grams of yellow cheese
5 eggs
150 milliliters of fresh milk
fresh parsley
pepper and salt to taste
oil to taste
Method of preparation :
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, which you put in a greased pan.
Peel the onion and chop finely, grate a carrot, chop the parsley. Add the prepared products to the minced meat and season to taste.
Distribute the resulting combination evenly over the cauliflower.
Arrange tomato rings on it.
Beat the eggs with the milk and pour over the contents of the pan
Bake the dish in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and return for 5 minutes in the oven to melt the latter.
