Boil the pre-peeled potatoes until ready. Drain the liquid, add the butter, pour in the milk and beat until you get a puree with a thick creamy consistency. Season with grated nutmeg.
Boil the cauliflower in a water bath for 4-5 minutes.
Boil the mushrooms (fresh or frozen) in salted water, then rinse them with clean water.
Beat the two eggs with a fork, add to them half of the yellow cheese (grated), mashed potatoes.
In a pan, distribute the cauliflower and mushrooms, add salt.
Put the potato mass on them and bake the dish in the oven for 20-25 minutes (at 180 degrees).
Sprinkle the finished casserole with the remaining yellow cheese and return to the oven for 5 minutes (on grill mode).
You can tolerate both hot and cold.
