How To Cook Roasted Cauliflower With Sweet And Sour Sauce And Rice Garnish - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 5-6 roses cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 tea cup cornstarch
  • 3-4 teaspoons of cooked rice
  • 1-2 stalks of finely chopped fresh onion

 

for the sauce

 

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 tea cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 tea cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 tea cup natural ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 chopped pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the cauliflower in a bowl, add olive oil and gently rub it with your fingers and sprinkle with starch. Cover the pan with a sheet of parchment and spread the cauliflower.

Bake for 20 minutes and cool. In a small saucepan put honey, vinegar, water and pour soy sauce. Stir and add ketchup, garlic powder. After the mixture boils, add the starch diluted with cold water and stir until thickened.

Put the rice in a plate, garnish with cauliflower and pour some of the sauce over the dish. Sprinkle with chopped fresh onions and peppers. Serve and eat.
