How To Cook Roasted Cauliflower With Vodka And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1/3 tea cup of vodka
  • 1 can of 800 grams of tomato sauce
  • pinch of hot red pepper flakes
  • sea ​​salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooking cream
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tea cups ripe mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan
  • basil for garnish

Method of preparation :

In a pan, fry the onions for 5 minutes until soft. Add the crushed garlic cloves, after releasing its aroma, pour the vodka and canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Leave for 5 minutes and boil and add the cream. Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat.

Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and blanch it. Put it in a pan and pour the sauce. Grate the cheeses and sprinkle with half the amount of cauliflower and stir.

Spread the remaining cheeses on the cauliflower and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees until the parmesan and mozzarella melt and become golden.

 

Sprinkle with chopped basil and serve.
