How To Cook Roasted Chicken Wings With Breadcrumbs And Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

400 grams of chicken wings

2 tablespoons tomato paste

10 drops of tabasco sauce

50 grams of pickles with cheese

pepper

spices of your choice

For the sauce:

1 tomato

parsley

1 tablespoon cream (38% fat)

1 clove garlic

pinch of ground coriander

left

pepper

Method of preparation:

Season the wings with salt, pepper, spices, tabasco sauce, tomato paste, stir and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Grind the pickles to get crumbs. Roll each wing in the breadcrumbs, arrange in a suitable dish and bake until done at 180 degrees.

Make the sauce by beating with a blender the tomatoes, parsley, cream, garlic, coriander, salt and pepper.

Arrange the chicken wings on the lettuce leaves and serve with the sauce.
