Required products :

  • 2 cans of chickpeas 400 grams, drained
  • 6 fillets of cod or hake (each about 150 grams)
  • 100 grams of nduya
  • 600 grams of mussels, cleaned
  • 150 milliliters of white wine
  • large bunch of parsley, the leaves cut
  • finely grated rind of 1 lemon
  • olive oil and lemon slices for serving

Method of preparation :

Spread the chickpeas in a large pan. Place the fish fillets on top with the skin facing down, put small pieces of nduya on them. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter the mussels and pour over the wine.

Bake at 180 degrees under foil with a fan in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. When the fish is cooked and the mussels are open, the dish is ready. Discard unopened mussels, they are unusable.

Serve, being careful not to tear the fish fillets.
