Finely chop the onion, sausage and red peppers. Fry them in hot oil. Add garlic, pre-pressed, grated tomatoes and chickpeas.
Stir the dish and season it with paprika, black pepper and salt to taste. Add the fresh spices, pour the dish into a pan and beat the eggs.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper, cool, pour portions and serve.
