How To Cook Roasted Eggplant Salad With Sour Cream, Garlic And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salad of roasted aubergines with sour cream, garlic and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1-2 eggplants
  • 3-4 tablespoons crushed walnuts
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 4-6 sprigs of parsley (you can add other green spices if you prefer)
  • 5-6 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the aubergines, cut them into cubes and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, at 190 degrees.

Remove to a plate, add the crushed or finely chopped garlic cloves, crushed walnuts, chopped fresh parsley, add salt, season with other additives if desired and finally add a few tablespoons of sour cream.

Stir and the salad is ready.
