How To Cook Roasted Fish Fillet With Yellow Cheese And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

700 grams of fish fillet (in this case used from cod)
100 grams of yellow cheese
2-3 tomatoes
2 tablespoons flour
2-3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Preparation :
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into circles.
Yellow cheese in thin slices.
Prepare a few pieces of foil with sizes large enough to wrap the fillet roll you are about to make.
Grease the foil leaves with a little oil and sprinkle with flour.
Then put the fillet on it (maybe two pieces on 1 sheet, if they are not very large).
Season the fish with salt and pepper.
Arrange pieces of yellow cheese and tomato rings on its surface.
Form rolls, wrap tightly in foil and seal.
Bake them in a preheated dry pan for about 10-15 minutes, keeping the temperature medium. Turn periodically.
