How To Cook Roasted Fresh Cabbage With Bechamel Sauce, Mushrooms And Bacon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 fresh cabbage, halved into eight parts
  • 150 grams of chopped bacon
  • 150 grams of fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh spices of your choice for sprinkling

 

for the sauce

 

  • 350 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon flour
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a large saucepan, heat water, add salt and blanch the cabbage until soft. Drain and arrange in a greased pan. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bacon and mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and spices of your choice.

Spread the filling evenly over the cabbage and prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, heat butter and fry flour. Dilute with fresh milk and stir until thickened. Add the yellow cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Spread the milk sauce on the cabbage, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dish for 30 minutes. Cool, spread the cabbage, garnished with the sauce on a plate and serve.
