You may not have thought of baking fresh garlic, but it, like the old one, when baked, has a delicate texture and is a great side dish to a steak, so you can use it in combination with cream cheese and make delicious bruschettas.

When choosing spring garlic for roasting, let it be at a time when it is large enough, but has not yet formed cloves, so it will be the right size and there will be no thicker flakes that are difficult to consume.

Required products :

  • 8 pieces of green garlic
  • olive oil and sea salt

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 180 degrees,

Wash the garlic, trim the mustache and trim the feathers.

Place the garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil, season and pour plenty of olive oil. Close the foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Open the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve garlic warm or at room temperature. Add more olive oil or salt if desired.
