How To Cook Roasted Garlic Slices With Ricotta, Spinach And Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted garlic slices with ricotta, spinach and tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 450 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup ricotta tea (can be replaced with cottage cheese)
  • 1/4 tea cup finely chopped spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion feathers
  • 8-10 slices of bread
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes into two parts, salt them, sprinkle with ground pepper and leave for a while.

In a bowl, mix the ricotta / cottage cheese with the chopped spinach, basil and green onions.

Bake the slices in the oven or use a grill pan, then rub them with garlic cloves and sprinkle with olive oil.

Coat them with the aromatic ricotta and green pate and season further if necessary.

Arrange tomato rings on top and serve the crispy bruschettas.
