How To Cook Roasted Green Peppers Salad With Cheese, Arugula And Honey Dressing - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salad of roasted green peppers with cheese, arugula and honey dressing". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1.5 kg sweet peppers (green)
  • 200 grams of cheese
  • 20 grams of coriander
  • 20 grams of fresh dill
  • 20 grams of arugula


For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, honey and lemon juice
  • black pepper and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Roast and peel the peppers, cut them into random pieces, removing the stalks and seeds. Chop the green additives by hand or cut.

Cut the cheese into small cubes. Add coriander, dill and arugula to the hot peppers. Stir.

Mix honey and soy sauce, pour lemon juice. Pour this dressing over the peppers and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.

Then put the cheese cubes on them and serve the salad.
