Peel the citrus and onion, wash the tomatoes, peel the peppers and slice them. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry them. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse, dry the chicken legs and rub salt, curry and chili into them. Put them in a pan and spread the citrus mixture.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve the dish warm, garnished with sliced citrus and sprigs of fresh parsley.
