How To Cook Roasted Mackerel In Mustard Marinade, Mayonnaise And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 mackerel
  • onion head


For the marinade:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

 

Method of preparation :

Thaw the mackerel, cut off the heads, clean the entrails and wash.

 

Cut into pieces.

 

Peel an onion, cut into circles.

 

Make a sauce by mixing the mustard, mayonnaise and soy liquid.

 

Dip each piece of fish in the marinade and leave for 20 minutes.

 

Turn on the oven to heat. Grease a pan with oil and cover the bottom with a row of onions.

 

Arrange the mackerel on it and pour over the rest of the marinade.

Place the dish in the oven (not the middle level).

Bake until golden at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 25-30 minutes (until golden).
