How To Cook Roasted Mackerel With Mushrooms And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

frozen mackerel
lemon
mushroom
vegetable oil
onion
mayonnaise
yellow cheese
salt and ground black pepper
dill and parsley

Determine the quantities of the products according to your taste preferences and the desired number of servings.

Method of preparation :

Thaw the fish, cut off its head and tail, clean the entrails, cut and remove the bones. You will get a fillet, which you sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Cut the mushrooms and onions into cubes, fry in hot vegetable oil, season to taste.

Make 2-3 layers of foil, grease it and place the mackerel on it with the skin down.
Cover the surface with a thin layer of mayonnaise and spread the mushrooms with onions. Flatten, then sprinkle with grated cheese.

 

Bake the fish in the oven until ready.

Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley and / or dill.
