Cut off the head of the fish, clean and cut.
Add salt to the fillet, sprinkle with black pepper to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice. Then spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the onion, cut it into semicircles. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into tiles. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
Grease a sheet of foil with oil and mayonnaise.
Put the prepared fish on the foil, followed by a layer of onions, a layer of mushrooms and a row of tomatoes. Spread mayonnaise or cream on top.
Wrap the fish in foil and place in a pan that you place on the middle level of the oven. Bake the mackerel at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Then unroll the foil, pour the juice with the juice that was released during cooking and let it bake for another 10 minutes without covering.
Serve with a garnish of rice or french fries.
