Required products :
1 mackerel
300 grams of yellow cheese
1 carrot
1 onion
1 egg
2 teaspoons vinegar 9%
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
oil and butter
Method of preparation :
Clean the fish from the bones.
Make the marinade by mixing 1 teaspoon of water with vinegar, salt and pepper. Let the mackerel stand in it for 40 minutes.
Boil the egg hard, peel it and chop finely. Onions and carrots also cut into small pieces and stew them separately in oil. Then mix them and add the egg to them.
Coat a sheet of foil with butter, place half of the fish on it, sprinkle with some grated cheese and distribute the resulting vegetable-egg combination.
Then yellow cheese again and put the second piece of mackerel. Press and wrap tightly with foil.
Bake the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool without unrolling and removing the foil.
