Thaw the mackerel and cut it into pieces.
Rub them with salt, crushed black peppercorns, pour lemon juice and stir. Allow the fish to taste.
Peel an onion and a zucchini, cut them into semicircles. Cut the tomatoes as well.
Put the fish in a pan, add the zucchini, onion and stir. Cover with cream and arrange the tomato slices on the surface. Add salt to taste.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. Five or six minutes before the dish is ready, sprinkle it with grated cheese. When it has melted, remove the dish from the oven and you can serve.
