Heat a grill pan. In a suitable bowl, pour the sugar, pour 50 milliliters of water and place on the stove. Stir gently until the crystals melt and remove the syrup from the heat when it turns golden brown.
Cut the melon into thick pieces, clean them of seeds and place in a bowl with the cut down for 2-3 minutes. Once it starts to turn red, remove to a plate, sprinkle with walnuts and sesame seeds and pour over the caramel.
The fruit dessert is ready, it's time to enjoy it.
