Learn how to cook "Roasted mushrooms stuffed with cheese with basil and dill". Delicious recipe.
Method of preparation :
Remove the legs of the mushrooms, clean the inside of the hats.
Mix all types of cheese and add to them finely chopped basil and dill to taste, beaten egg and stir. Season with grated nutmeg, salt and ground black pepper.
Using a teaspoon, fill the mushrooms with the aromatic mixture and arrange them in a greased pan.
Without covering them, bake in the oven for about half an hour at 180 degrees.
