Required products :
- 1 kg of mushrooms
- 115 grams of butter
- 8 cloves garlic, pressed
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover the bottom of a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Wash the mushrooms well, remove the stumps and arrange them in the tray upside down.
- Heat the butter and garlic in a small fireproof pan until the butter is completely melted.
- Spread the mixture in the mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Serve them warm and enjoy them.
