  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs

Method of preparation :

Peel a parsnip root and cut it into pieces, which you fry in 4 tablespoons of butter.

Grate the carrots coarsely, chop the onion finely and fry the two vegetables also in four tablespoons of butter.

When the carrots soften, add the chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.

In a baking dish, arrange in layers pieces of parsnips, carrots with onions, cheese (crushed) and tomatoes, cut into circles.

Pour everything with the remaining two tablespoons of oil (of course, melt it first), cover the dish with foil and put in the oven for 15 minutes (180 degrees).
