Required products :
4 - 5 roasted peppers
3 - 4 tablespoons capers
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
parsley
basil (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method of preparation :
Bake the peppers in the oven at 200 degrees, then put in a saucepan, close with a lid, wait for them to boil and peel. Collect the juice that has separated.
Cut the peppers into thin straws, place them in a suitable dish and spread the capers, finely chopped garlic and parsley on them.
Mix the juice you separated with olive oil and lemon juice. Pour the resulting mixture over the peppers and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
You can also add basil.
