Required products :
1-1.5 kg of sweet roast peppers
500 grams of tomatoes
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cloves garlic
3 onions

Method of preparation :
Wash the peppers, dry them, grease with oil and arrange in a pan. Bake in a preheated oven until done, turning periodically on all sides.
