How To Cook Roasted Peppers Stuffed With Chicken Fillet And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

3 sweet peppers for stuffing
2 tomatoes
1 piece chicken fillet
100 grams yellow cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
green onions to taste
salt, pepper and other spices of your choice

 

Method of preparation :

First, cut the chicken into small pieces and season it with salt and pepper, you can sprinkle with dry spices and herbs according to your preferences.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut into small cubes.

Cut the peppers in half lengthwise without removing the tails. Clean the seeds and partitions.

Finely chop the onion and dill.

Then add the tomatoes, cream and green spices to the fillet. Mix everything well.

Fill the halves with the resulting mixture and arrange them in a greased pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Take out the bowl with the peppers, sprinkle them with the yellow cheese you have previously grated. Return the dish for another 10-15 minutes in the oven to bake.
