How To Cook Roasted Peppers With Ham, Mozzarella And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted peppers with ham, mozzarella and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 sweet peppers for stuffing
  • 80 grams of ham
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 200 grams of mozzarella
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • basil, black pepper, olive oil and salt to taste


Method of preparation is:

Coat the pre-washed peppers with olive oil without removing the stalks.

Bake them for 15-20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Then remove, allow to cool slightly, peel them, remove the tails and carefully cut one side of the flesh in half lengthwise to obtain a whole sheet.

On each layer put a piece of ham and cheese, a few cubes of mozzarella and boiled eggs.

Sprinkle all this with chopped fresh basil and roll up. Arrange them in a pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
