How To Cook Roasted Pumpkin With Parmesan And Mozzarella - Recipe

Required products :

  • 800 grams of cleaned pumpkin seeds (you can peel or use the peel)
  • 300 grams of mozzarella
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pumpkin into pieces about 4 inches thick. Roll them on both sides in flour and arrange in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with a sheet of parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Allow the pumpkin to cool in the pan, meanwhile cut the mozzarella into slices and grate the parmesan.

Grease a form with oil and arrange a layer of pumpkin in it. Followed by pieces of mozzarella and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan.

Continue in the same sequence until the products are exhausted and cover with aluminum foil.

Put the pumpkin in a hot oven (180 degrees) and bake for 40-45 minutes. During the last 10 minutes, the baking should be without foil on the grill function, and increase the temperature to 200 degrees.

When the dish is covered with a beautiful golden crust, remove from the oven and wait 15 minutes before serving.
