Required products :

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 380 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 200 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 130 grams of ham
  • onion head
  • tablespoon oil
  • ground black pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes and pumpkin separately until semi-finished, cut them into cubes of approximately the same size.

Fry the lightly chopped onion and ham in a tablespoon of oil, then mix with the vegetables.

Distribute the products in a tray and make the filling. To do this, grate 100 grams of cheese and combine with milk, eggs and breadcrumbs.

Pour the contents of the pan with the milk-egg puree and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheddar.

Bake the dish in the oven until a golden brown crust forms on the surface (it takes about 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees).
