How To Cook Roasted Pumpkin With Spicy Spices And Olive Oil - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of pumpkin
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • fresh or dry sage to taste
  • ground hot red pepper on the tip of a knife
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • cinnamon to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Mix the spices and crush them in a mortar. Then pour olive oil or use unscented vegetable oil.

Spread the resulting sauce on the pumpkin and arrange the pieces in a tray, the bottom of which can be covered with foil. Sprinkle with seeds and a little coarse salt, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. 10 minutes before removing, remove the foil so that the pumpkin can be baked on top.

You can serve with crushed walnuts and cheese sauce.
