Wash the quinces under running water and use a brush to remove the lint from the bark. Remove the core of the fruit and immerse them in cold water. Cut the walnuts with a knife, wash and dry the raisins. Mix honey, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, lemon juice and zest (grated). Fill the quinces with the resulting mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, arrange the fruit in a pan, cover with foil and bake for 40 - 50 minutes. 10 minutes before removing from the oven, remove the foil. When the quinces have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
