How To Cook Roasted Salmon With Bacon, Cheese And Spinach - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of salmon fillet
150 grams of yellow cheese
200 grams of spinach
50 grams of bacon
100 milliliters of dry white wine
50 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream (33%)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 grams of butter
1 clove of garlic
1.5 tablespoons oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet, cut it in two if desired. Rub it with salt, pepper and leave for 15 minutes.
Wash the spinach, chop it finely. Peel the garlic and chop. Cut the bacon into small cubes, grate the yellow cheese.

Fry the bacon in hot oil, remove to a plate. Fry the chopped garlic in the same fat and add the spinach. Let it simmer until soft. Add salt.

Bake the fish in a grill pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Put it in a suitable form, the bottom of which you have greased with oil. Next is the stewed spinach, a layer of grated yellow cheese and on top - the pieces of bacon.

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes, during which time start making the sauce.

Pour the wine and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into a suitable container. Place on the hob until the liquid has evaporated in half. Then add the cream, a pinch of salt and butter.
Reduce heat to low and stir with a fork for about 3 minutes until the sauce is smooth.

Drizzle the fish with it and serve.
