Prepare roasted salmon with chickpeas and kale to supply your body with useful vitamins A, D, E and group B, as well as omega 3 fatty acids and complete proteins.

Method of preparation :
Place the oven shelf in the middle and preheat the appliance to 220 degrees.
Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with smoked paprika and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Season the chickpeas with the resulting mixture and spread it on baking paper. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Blend the buttermilk with mayonnaise, wild onion (or dill), 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and garlic powder until smooth. Set the dressing aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and fry the kale for 2 minutes, stirring often. Pour the water and continue cooking until the kale softens (about 5 minutes). Remove from the heat and season with salt.
Remove the chickpeas from the oven and transfer to a pan, place the salmon next to it and season with salt and pepper. Bake, ready or 5 to 8 minutes.
Season the roasted salmon with the reserved dressing, garnish with wild onions (or dill) if desired and serve with kale and roasted chickpeas.
