Learn how to cook "Roasted sarma stuffed with rice, mushrooms and olives". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 medium cabbage
250 grams of rice
400 grams of mushrooms
1 large onion
2 medium carrots
100 grams of olives
100 grams of mayonnaise
spices
Method of preparation :
Remove the core of the cabbage and put the rest in a bowl of boiling salted water. After a few minutes of cooking, separate the top leaves, place on a plate and continue, gradually separating all the leaves.
Boil the rice.
Fry the mushrooms together with the onions and season to taste towards the end of cooking.
Grate the carrots coarsely and fry them until golden (leave a little to sprinkle with the sarma).
Cut the olives into circles.
Mix the rice with the mushrooms and onions, add the carrots, olives and mix everything.
Form sarmi, fry briefly and arrange in a pan.
Sprinkle with the reserved grated carrots and pour mayonnaise (if it is very thick, dilute with a little water).
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
