How To Cook Roasted Sesame Meatballs With Butter Rice - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of minced meat mixture
  • 1 onion
  • 10 grams of ground cumin
  • 10 grams of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 50 grams of sesame mix (black and white sesame)
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation:


Put the minced meat in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, cumin, black pepper, salt, chopped parsley and knead the minced meat. Divide it into parts, form meatballs with wet hands, cover them with seeds with rotating movements and arrange in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment.

 

Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. During this time, boil the rice, season it with butter, salt and when ready, pour into a plate. Arrange the sesame meatballs on it and serve the dish warm.
