Necessary products

  • 450 grams of peeled and cleaned shrimp
  • 1/3 tea cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 2 tea cups coconut shavings or flakes
  • 3 proteins, slightly broken
 
Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees and place the baking paper in a pan.

Rinse the shrimp and dry them with paper towels. In a shallow bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt and paprika. Pour the coconut shavings into another bowl.

Take a shrimp and roll it in the starch mixture. Then dip it in the egg whites and finally roll it in coconut to cover it well. Put it in the prepared pan and repeat with the remaining shrimp.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, turning the shrimp once. Serve while warm. Enjoy your meal!
