How To Cook Roasted Shrimp With Corn, Potatoes And Sausage - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 4 cobs of corn
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 + 1/2 tablespoons Creole spice mix
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons homemade Italian spice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1 red, yellow and orange pepper, sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 smoked sausages, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into four
  • 500 grams of cleaned shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • green onions for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to heat to 220 degrees.

Grease a large pan with grease of your choice or use cooking spray.

Boil the potatoes until soft in salted water. At the end of cooking, add the corn to cook for about 5 minutes. Drain and cut the corn cobs into 3 parts.

Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 3 tablespoons of Creole spice, lemon juice, garlic, Italian spice mix, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, chili flakes, salt and pepper.

Mix the potatoes with the peppers, tomatoes, onions and sausage. Add the spices and stir. Arrange the vegetables in a pan and scatter the lemon slices around the pan.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, season the shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon Creole spice. Marinate for a few minutes and after the baking time has elapsed, add the shrimp to the pan.

Return the dish to the oven for another 6-8 minutes. Remove the lemon slices from the dish, sprinkle with parsley and green onions and serve.
